Dmitri Mikhailovich Golitsyn was born 15 May 1721 in Turku, Turku sub-region, Southwest Finland, Finland to Mikhail Mikhailovich Golitsyn (1675-1730) and Tatiana Borisovna Kurakina (1696-1758) and died 19 September 1793 Vienna, Austria of unspecified causes. He married Yekaterina Smaragda Kantemir (1720-1761) 6 November 1751 in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

Prince Dmitri Mikhailovich Golitsyn (Russian: Дмитрий Михайлович Голицын, born 15 May 1721 in Turku, died 19 September 1793 in Vienna) was a Russian diplomat from the noble Golitsyn family.[1]

From 1761 to 1792 he was Russian ambassador to Austria.[2]
