Domenico Zurolo (December 7, 1891 - September 19, 1985) served in the Royal Italian Army. He was a member of House of Zurolo.

Biography[]

Born December 7, 1891 in Castellammare di Stabia, b. on the 9th in the Cathedral; died September 19, 1985 in Castellammare di Stabia, where he was buried in the old cemetery (see the Zurolo funerary chapel). Son of Father Giuseppe Zurolo and Mother Maddalena Iardino.

A former Coastal Marine of the Royal Navy in 1918, he was awarded the honorary title of Knight of the Order of the Crown of Italy in 1939.

Brother of Anna (b. January 8, 1885), Francesco (b. 1886), Diodato (b. March 6, 1887), Giovanna (b. 1889), Carmine (b. April 30, 1894), and Vincenzo, b. March 23, 1897.

He lived in Castellammare di Stabia in her own home located at present-day Via Rispoli, at number 39. She died on April 13, 1918, in Capua (Caserta), in the church of San Giuseppe. Angela Guarino, daughter of Father Pasquale and Father Maria Farina, lived in Capua in their own palatial home located at present-day Via Rispoli, at number 39.

Outside Porta Roma, at number 65; born November 17, 1897, †July 6, 1948, in Castellammare di Stabia, where she was buried in the old cemetery, see the Zurolo funerary chapel.[1]
