Dorothy Devereux was born 1564 to Walter Devereux, 1st Earl of Essex (1539-1576) and Lettice Knollys (1543-1634) and died 3 August 1619 of unspecified causes. She married Thomas Perrot (1553-1594) . She married Henry Percy, 9th Earl of Northumberland (1564-1632) 1594 .
