Goodenow, Edmund, Sudbury, came in the Confidence from Southampton 1638, a husbandman of Dunhead, in Wilts, aged 27, with wife Ann, and John and Thomas, their sons, and servant Richard Sanger; and here Hannah, born 28 Nov. 1639, if the records be not wrong, as probably it is; Mary, 25 Aug. 1640; Sarah, 17 Mar. 1643; Joseph, 10 jul 1645; and Edmund; was freeman 13 May 1640, leader of the militia; died 1676.
