Edward Cleveland was a son of Moses Cleveland (c1624-1702), thus a cousin of President Grover Cleveland (1837). He married a granddaughter of Walter Palmer (c1585-1661) so their descendants are cousins of both Presidents Cleveland and Ulysses S. Grant (1822).

Biography

Edward Cleveland was born 20 May 1663 in Woburn, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States to Moses Cleveland (c1624-1702) and Anne Winn (c1626-1682) and died September 1746 Canterbury, Windham County, Connecticut, United States of unspecified causes. He married Deliverance Palmer (c1665-1717) 1684 in North Kingstown, Washington County, Rhode Island, United States. He married Zeruiah Church (c1700-) 1 January 1722 .
