Edward Honing, eldest son of William inherrited his father's estates in Suffolk, and married Ursula, the daughter of Anthony from the prominent Wingfield family of Suffolk. Edward was MP for Dunwich, Suffolk in 1589; and MP for Eye, Suffolk from 1593 to 1604.
