Biography
Edward Seymour, 1st Duke of Somerset, Earl of Hertford, Viscount Beauchamp of Hache, Baron Seymour, protector of England, was born circa 1506 to John Seymour (c1474-1536) and Margaret Wentworth (c1478-1550) and died 22 January 1552 of execution by decapitation. He married Catherine Fillol (c1507-c1535) 1527 JL . He married Anne Stanhope (c1510-1587) 1537 JL .
