Biography
Elizabeth Cecil was born 1619 to William Cecil, 2nd Earl of Salisbury (1591-1668) and Catherine Howard (c1588-1673) and died 19 November 1689 of unspecified causes. She married William Cavendish, 3rd Earl of Devonshire (1617-1684) 4 March 1639 .
