Biography
Elizabeth Cecil was born circa 1606 to Edward Cecil, 1st Viscount Wimbledon (1571-1638) and Theodosia Noel (c1574-1615) and died March 1661 of unspecified causes. She married Francis Willoughby, 5th Baron Willoughby (1614-1666) 16 November 1628 .
