Elizabeth Grey was born 7 April 1765 to Charles Grey, 1st Earl Grey (1729-1807) and Elizabeth Grey (1744-1822) and died 28 November 1846 of unspecified causes. She married Samuel Whitbread (1764-1815) 26 December 1787 .
