Elizabeth Noel was born circa 1655 to Baptist Noel, 3rd Viscount Campden (c1611-1682) and Hester Wotton (1615-aft1646) and died 30 July 1719 of unspecified causes. She married Charles Berkeley, 2nd Earl of Berkeley (1649-1710) 16 August 1677 in Exton, Rutland, England, United Kingdom.
