Elizabeth White Kerley was born 24 February 1634 in Somerset, England to John White (1601-1673) and Joane West (1606-1654) and died 10 February 1676 Lancaster, Middlesex County, Massachusetts of unspecified causes. She married Henry Kerley (1627-1712) 2 November 1654 in Sudbury, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
King Philip's War
King Philip's War (1675-1678) was an armed conflict between Native American inhabitants of present-day New England and English colonists and their Native American allies. The war continued in the most northern reaches of New England until the signing of the Treaty of Casco Bay in April 1678.
Elizabeth White died tragically during the indian raid on Lancaster, Massachusetts of 10-Feb-1676 during this war.
