Emanuel von Anhalt-Köthen, Fürst von Anhalt-Köthen, was born 6 October 1631 in Plötzkau, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany to August von Anhalt-Plötzkau (1575-1653) and Sibylle zu Solms-Laubach (1590-1659) and died 8 November 1670 Köthen, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany of unspecified causes. He married Anna Eleonore zu Stolberg-Wernigerode (1651-1690) 23 March 1670 in Ilsenburg, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany.
