Emil Ritter Perin von Wogenburg was born 1 October 1834 in Rijeka, Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, Croatia and died 13 January 1904 České Budějovice, České Budějovice District, South Bohemian Region, Czech Republic of unspecified causes. He married Therese Drasch (1848-1876) 12 February 1868 in Klagenfurt, Carinthia, Austria. He married Marie Snyho de Kazšu (1852-1886) 3 March 1878 in Bratislava, Slovakia. He married Mathilde Marie Brunswik von Korompa (1862-c1930) 9 January 1889 in České Budějovice, České Budějovice District, South Bohemian Region, Czech Republic.
Emil Ritter Perin von Wogenburg was colonel in the Imperial and Royal Army of Austria-Hungary. Until his retirement in 1889, he was commander of the infantry regiment Alexander I Kaiser von Russland, Nr.2.
