Emme de Toulouse was born circa 1020 to Guillaume de Toulouse (975-1037) and died circa 1067 of unspecified causes. She married Odon Raymond de l´Isle-Jourdain (?-aft1060) 1040 JL .
There is agreement that Emma married into the l'Isle-Jourdain family (which may have been simply l'Isle at the time), but less so in which generation. She may have been her husband's mother. This is compounded by some claims that she may have been her father's sister. Things do not get easier after that. Marchi has a genealogy, but Cawley only has a list of l'Isle-Jourdains without hazarding how they are related. The two sources converge on what may be Emma's grandson according to Cawley and Emma's great-great-grandson according to Marchi. Wikipedia's list of Lords of l'Isle-Jourdain is closer to Cawley's account than to Marchi's.
