Enoch Hale was born 28 October 1753 in Windham County, Connecticut, United States to Richard Hale (1717-1802) and Elizabeth Strong (1727-1767) and died 14 January 1837 Westhampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts, United States of unspecified causes. He married Octavia Throop (1754-1839) 30 September 1781 in Bozrah, New London County, Connecticut, United States.
