Esther Jane Quince was born 1 October 1848 in Gosberton, Lincolnshire, England, United Kingdom to Edward Quince (c1817-1888) and Mary Coddington (c1819-1900) and died 5 March 1926 Yass, New South Wales, Australia of unspecified causes. She married Robert Vitler (1839-1878) 1 March 1865 in Binda, New South Wales, Australia. She married Martin Doud (1842-1918) 1883 in Boorowa, New South Wales, Australia.
She left Plymouth on 13 November 1852 for New South Wales on the Bussorah Merchant as a bounty immigrant (aged 5).
