Esther Minerva Murray Barnum was born 15 March 1835 in Pontiac, Oakland County, Michigan, United States to Asahel Plumb Murray (1809-1863) and Lorenza Harris (1805-1844) and died 8 June 1920 Enterprise, Washington County, Utah, United States of unspecified causes. She married John Bunnell Barnum (1835-1868) 10 July 1853 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah. She married John Pulsipher (1827-1891) 11 March 1872 in Endowment House, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah.

St. George Pioneers of 1861-62

This person was is listed on the Encampment Mall Memorial - a list of over 300 LDS Pioneer Families that helped to settle St. George, Utah in 1861. They were part of the "Dixie Cotton Mission" called by President Brigham Young to raise cotton and other southern crops in the warmer climate of Washington County, Utah.
