One of my imports from WP is template:seealso.

Use it like this:{{seealso|USA/Virginia/Rockbridge}} to produce this:

For more than one page, just add another pipe and the next pagename. No brackets, no apostrophes, no trying to work out how to do an indent, no need for a final "and", because the clever programmers at WikiMedia think of everything eventually.

There are more. Some of them are more or less usable now. If you find one (by tracking up and down the category tree) that you could use that seems incomplete, tell me so's I can see whether the fix is within my expertise.

Does that mean that the maximum number of subpages allowed for any given page is 15? Bill 23:26, 1 May 2007 (UTC)

Let me see if I got this straight in my head. You would use this template at the beginning of an article, as a kind of disambiguation notification. So, for example, on the Natalius the Confessor page, you might find: see also Nautilus the Confessor (generated by the aforesaid template) just in case someone mistyped (not that either of the above persons would ever make such an error). nudge nudge wink wink
In other words, this would not be used for the =Also See= section at the end of the article.
Or do I have this wrong? Thanks. Zephyrinus 23:36, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
I don't know. That's why I asked the question. Robin may have meant that if you wantd to create a chain of subpages...e.g.:
Article
Article/SubPage
Article/SubPage/Deeper
Article/SubPage/Deeper/Even Deeper

you could go to a depth of 15 pages. What I was asking was "Is there a limitation to the number of subpages Under a given article

e.g.,

Article/SubPage 1
Article/SubPage 2
Article/SubPage 3

...

Article/SubPage 15

Don't know what was meant by the original comment. Guess we are equally confused, but confused together. Bill 00:35, 30 May 2007 (UTC)

I didn't mention subpages. I did use one as an example, which must have confused some of you.

Oh, thanks, that is more clear now. The slashes on "USA/Virginia/Rockbridge" confused me.
