It has done it again. I've contacted Wikia:

Another newbie messed up a page yesterday. Clearly you have not succeeded in fixing it 
so that it will not throw categories to the end, creating a new line after a "noinclude". 
Therefore we have to ask that it be totally disabled on the Genealogy Wikia.
