I have just added a bunch of red linked people to my user page. When I follow the links I get 'Create a new article' and choices for standard or blank. I do not get the 'create a new person' page that I should be getting. What have I forgotten to do? Or do 'people pages' only get created within the tree created by forms? - 'Fraid so. Wiki's not smart enough to know that any redlink that's not from a facts-based page should be a new-style person-page. So one easy solution on getting one of those standard "create" pages is just to copy the page name then stick it through the "Create new article" link on the sidebar. Alternatively, if the person is a parent of someone who has a page already or soon will have, you can work from their infobox, which has the advantage of usually preloading the new person's spouse and child. — Robin Patterson (Talk) 05:46, April 1, 2010 (UTC)
