Are we interested in starting new projects? And if so, is Project Charlemagne the template? I think it seems to be a very well formated page.

Here are a few I'd like to see:

  • Project census/Project US census: Not to transcribe every detail of every page, but to allow an image to be linked as a source as in Peter Paul Ockenfels (1868-1938).
  • Project cemeteries: This might be one of the best uses of a genealogy wiki. THere are a multitude of sites with minimal transcribed information. To consolidate that information here would be a great project.

Projects are joint efforts by Familypedians. Project pages are a way to coordinate work. Projects on cemeteries and census are definitely worthwhile, but it strikes me that concepts can only be added in an ad hoc way. A project on migration may be what you're looking for. rtol 15:31, June 15, 2010 (UTC)
