Francis Edward Seymour was born 21 September 1788 to Francis Compton Seymour (1755-1822) and Leonora Perkins (1760-1795) and died 26 July 1866 of unspecified causes. He married Elizabeth Cooke (c1790-1851) 4 February 1815 .
