George W. Bush (born July 6, 1946) was the forty-third President of the United States of America, originally inaugurated on January 20, 2001. Bush was first elected in the United States presidential election, 2000, and reelected for a second term in the United States presidential election, 2004. He previously served as the forty-sixth List of Governors of Texas from 1995 to 2000, and is the eldest son of former United States President George Herbert Walker Bush..
