Heinrich Werl von Arnsberg, Count of Rietberg, was born circa 1077 to Konrad II. von Werl-Arnsberg (c1040-1092) and Mathilde von Northeim (c1058-c1205) and died circa 1124 of unspecified causes. He married Beatrix von Hildrizhausen .
Little is known about Heinrich. His county reverted back to his brother Friedrich's family. As Friedrich only had a daughter, this suggests that Heinrich pre-deceased his brother and had no surviving sons.
