Helena Dillon (1840-1913) was born 28 December 1840 in Magheralin, County Down, Ireland and died 24 May 1913 New Zealand of unspecified causes. She married George Scandrett (1834-1915) 20 May 1864 .
Helena Dillon and her sister Isabella Dillon arrived in New Zealand on the "Blue Jacket" on 22 Jan 1861. Prior to this on 7th March 1859, Helena and Isabella's brother Patrick Edwin Dillon and sister Mary Jane Dillon arrived in New Zealand on the "John Scott", and shortly after the other sister Maria Dillon came to New Zealand on an unknown vessel.
