Biography
Henry Brooke Parnell, 1st Baron Congleton, 4th Baronet, was born 3 July 1776 to John Parnell, 2nd Bart (1744-1801) and Laetitia Charlotte Brooke (bef1756-1783) and died 8 June 1842 of unspecified causes. He married Caroline Elizabeth Dawson (1782-1861) 17 February 1801 .
