Biography
Henry Howard, 4th Earl of Carlisle, was born 14 August 1694 to Charles Howard, 3rd Earl of Carlisle (1669-1738) and Anne de Vere Capell (c1675-1752) and died 3 September 1758 of unspecified causes. He married Frances Spencer (c1696-1742) 27 November 1717 . He married Isabella Byron 1721-1795) 8 June 1743 .
