Henry Percy, 9th Earl of Northumberland, was born April 1564 to Henry Percy, 8th Earl of Northumberland (1532-1585) and Katherine Neville (1542-1596) and died 5 November 1632 of unspecified causes. He married Dorothy Devereux (1564-1619) 1594 .
