Henry Windsor, 5th Baron Windsor was born 10 August 1562 in Tardebigge, Worcestershire, England to Edward Windsor (1532-1574) and Katherine de Vere (1539-1599) and died 6 April 1605 Tardebigge, Worcestershire, England of unspecified causes. He married Anne Rivett (c1562-1615) 1586 in England.

Biography

HENRY (WINDSOR), LORD WINDSOR, or WINDSOR (of Stanwell), brother and heir, was born 10 August 1562 at Hewell, in Tardebigg, and went with his brother on the Garter Mission of February 1584/5; admitted Middle Temple, 20 June 1586; was ordered to repair to the Court with as many lances and light horse as he could raise, 23 July 1588, at the time of the Armada; and was on the panel of peers for the trials of the Earls of Essex and Southampton, 19 February 1600/1.

He married, in or before 1586, Anne, youngest daughter and coheir of Sir Thomas RIVETT, of Chippenham, co. Cambridge, and Stoke by Nayland, Suffolk, being only child by his 2nd wife, Grisel, youngest daughter of William (PAGET), 1st LORD PAGET (of Beaudesert). He died 6 April 1605 at Hewell, in his 43rd year, and was buried at Tardebigg. M.I. His widow died 27 November 1615 and was buried 5 December at Stoke by Nayland. M.I. [CP 12[2]:799]
