Hermine von Waldeck-Pyrmont was born 29 September 1827 in Bad Arolsen, Waldeck-Frankenberg District, Hesse, Germany to Georg II. von Waldeck-Pyrmont (1789-1845) and Emma von Anhalt-Bernburg-Schaumburg-Hoym (1802-1858) and died 16 February 1910 Bückeburg, Lower Saxony, Germany of unspecified causes. She married Adolf I. Georg zu Schaumburg-Lippe (1817-1893) 25 October 1844 in Bad Arolsen, Waldeck-Frankenberg District, Hesse, Germany.
