Lois said it was 1 Nov 1932, and Joan Kerr's report of her mother's fruitless hospital visit bears that out most convincingly; but Maurice Brown said in 1987 "I hate to question the information no doubt provided by her own younger son, but I clearly remember meeting her in Edinburgh in the late summer of 1933". |
