Biography
Hiram Pratt was born 28 June 1800 in Westminster, Windham County, Vermont, United States to Samuel Pratt (1764-1812) and Esther Wells (1766-1830) and died 27 April 1840 Utica, Oneida County, New York, United States of unspecified causes. He married Maria Fowle (1797-1868) 10 December 1825 in Northampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts, United States.
He was mayor of Buffalo, New York, serving 1835–1836 and 1839–1840.
