Irene Plant (nee. Davison) was born on the 21st June 1931. She was born in Nelson, Lancashire, England. She married Frank Platt and had two girls with him.

Irene has two sisters and one brother who passed away several years ago her sisters however are alive and living in the Pendle area of Lancashire. Irene suffered from alzheimers and passed away in June 2012.
