Ivan Yaroslavich of Ryazan was born 1275 to Yaroslav Romanovich of Ryazan (c1258-1299) and Feodosya NN . He married Vasilisa .
Ivan Yaroslavich (c1275-1327, Golden Horde) - Prince of Pronsk (1299-1308), the Grand Prince of Ryazan (1308-1327), the son of the Grand Prince of Ryazan Yaroslav Romanovich.
Biography
Presumably, Ivan Ivanovich became Grand Prince of Ryazan in 1308 after the murder of his cousin Vasili Konstantinovich at the Golden Horde. However, there is another version [1] , according to which the heir of Konstantin Romanovich was not Vasili Konstantinovich, but Yaroslav Konstantinovich.
Ivan is mentioned as being the Grand Prince of Ryazan in 1320 in connection with the successful campaign against him of Yuri Danilovich. It probably did not come to a battle, and the princes reconciled.
The chronicles are unclear about the murder of Ivan in 1327 (or in 1326 [2])). According to one chronicle, Ivan Yaroslavich was killed during the campaign of the Tatars with Ivan Kalita in order to punish the princes of Tver for the murder of Shchelkan. According to others, Ivan Yaroslavich was killed by the Tatars in the Golden Horde [3] .
After his death was succeeded of the throne of Ryazan by his son, Ivan Ivanovich Korotopol .
