Biography
James Cecil, 3rd Earl of Salisbury, was born 1646 to Charles Cecil (1619-1660) and Diana Maxwell (c1623-1675) and died May 1683 of unspecified causes. He married Margaret Manners (-1682) 1 October 1661 .
