The death occurred at his home after a short illness of James E. Gorman. He was 76 years old. He leaves a widow and grown-up family of two daughters and nine sons. The daughters are Mrs. James (Alice), of Oliver street, Grafton; Mrs. D. Nicholson (Mary), of 19 Cowan street, South Grafton. The sons are Jim and Mick, Coff's Harbour; Bill and Leo, Sydney; Jack, Lismore; Tom, North street, South Grafton; Reg, Melbourne; Geoff and Bernie, Grafton. A son, Pat, predeceased him. There are 24 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
