Jane Bawden was born in approximately 1752 in Cornwall, England. Her origins are currently unknown, although there are several Bawden families found in Gwennap records for the period.
Jane was sometimes known as Jenefer, and this name is used on some records referring to her.
Marriage[]
Jane married John Long at Gwennap in Cornwall on the 13th November 1779. He came from Gwennap and his parents were Hugh and Martha Long (nee Youren)
The couple would have and raise their children in Gwennap.
Death[]
It is unknown at this stage when Jane died and where she was buried. The year of 1810 is an estimate only.
