Jenny Curzon was born 12 May 1941 to Edward Curzon, 6th Earl Howe (1908-1984) and Priscilla Crystal Frances Blundell Weigall (1914-1996) and died 15 June 2023 of Natural causes. She married Alan Joseph Ponté (c1940-) 6 September 1962 in United Kingdom.
Lady Jennifer Curzon, "Jenny" to friends and family, ran a large household by the time her children were teenagers and she had invited her late sister's two sons to share their home. Fortunately, the home, near Knebworth and Stevenage, was huge. Its dining hall had a minstrel gallery. (View from the driveway approach is on page 206 of the Henderson/Tovey book.)
She was a socialist at heart, like her mother, and enjoyed testing community attitudes to social status.
After her marriage broke up, she became a social worker living in the Isle of Dogs. In 1992 she suffered a stroke but recovered.
