Biography
Early life and education
Parents moved from Long Beach to Laguna Beach and then to La Jolla, where Jillaine did most of her early growing up. She graduated from La Jolla High School in 1977. She attended University of California Santa Cruz, then University of California San Diego, from which she graduated in 1982. Subsequent professional education has included a certificate in Organizational Development from Georgetown University, and Coaches Training Institute.
Career
Jillaine's career has been in the nonprofit, social change sector since 1982, initially with a focus on Internet communications, evolving to organizational effectiveness more generally.
