Biography
Johann Kasimir, Fürst von Anhalt-Dessau was born 7 September 1596 in Dessau, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany to Johann Georg I. von Anhalt-Dessau (1567-1618) and Dorothea von Pfalz-Simmern (1581-1631) and died 15 September 1660 Dessau, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany of unspecified causes. He married Agnes von Hessen-Kassel (1606-1650) 18 May 1623 in Dessau, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. He married Sofie Margarete von Anhalt-Bernburg (1615-1673) 14 July 1651 in Dessau.
