John A. Longinetti of Paramus formerly of Bronx, NY on May 21, 2006. Before retiring, he was a postal clerk with Paramus Post Office in Paramus. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Father Washington Catholic War Veterans Post #1710 in Paramus and member of Paramus Knights of Columbus Post #5680. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Visitation RC Church in Paramus and member of its Holy Name Society. Beloved husband of Theresa (nee Mallon). Devoted father of Gerard Longinetti and his wife Debi of Flanders, John Longinetti and his wife Cindy of Ely, NV, Mary Moynahan and her husband Joseph of Cinnaminson, Ann Marie Longinetti of West Paterson, Theresa Longinetti of Clifton, Joann Longinetti of Paramus and the late Patrick Longinetti (1993). Loving grandfather of five grandchildren. Funeral service at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesdsay, May 24, 2006 from Vander Plaat Memorial Home, S113 Farview Avenue, Paramus and 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Visitation RC Church. Private cremation.
