COOPER, JOHN, Cambridge, came, with sister Lydia, after their father's death in company of Gregory Stone, who m. their mother Lydia Fiske (1595-1674). His sister m. David Fiske (1623-1710).

He was freeman 18 May 1612, constable, selectman, very many yrs., deacon, town clerk from 1669 to his d. 22 Aug. 1691; by wife Ann, d. of Nathaniel Sparhawk, had Ann, b. 16 Nov. 1643, who m. Edward Pinson; Mary, 11 Sept. 1645; Samuel, 3 Jan. 1654; John, 1656; Nathaniel, bapt. 8 May 1659, d. 19 Dec. 1661; Lydia, 13 Apr. 1663; and Hannah, 29 Dec. 1667.
