Leona Elizabeth Burton Allred was born 3 December 1833 in Salt River, Monroe County, Missouri, United States to John Newton Burton (1809-1839) and Sarah Allred (1811-1834) and died 10 February 1909 Beaver, Beaver County, Utah, United States of unspecified causes. She married William Jackson Allred (1827-1895) 1851 in Crossing The Plains.
Biography
Laoma Elizabeth Burton Allred was born and lived her first five years at the Allred Family Settlement at Salt River Missouri when she then became an orphan. She stayed with Allred family relatives. A few years later, 1851 as the Allred family was following the great Mormon migration west to Utah, she married one of her Allred cousins, William Jackson Allred (1827-1895). Their first child was born in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
