Louise, Herzogin zu Mecklenburg-Güstrow was born 28 August 1667 in Güstrow, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany to Gustav Adolf von Mecklenburg-Güstrow (1633-1695) and Magdalene Sibylle von Schleswig-Holstein-Gottorf (1631-1719) and died 15 March 1721 Copenhagen, Denmark of unspecified causes. She married Frederik IV of Denmark (1671-1730) 15 December 1695 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
