Lucy Adams Fisher Higley was born 11 January 1818 in Alstead, Cheshire County, New Hampshire to Jonathan Fisher (1785-) and Rebecca Adams (1782-1842) and died 24 December 1856 Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, Iowa of unspecified causes. She married Truman Higley (1817-1882) 28 February 1841 in Springfield, Sangamon County, Illinois.
