Margaret Howard was born circa 1623 to Theophilus Howard, 2nd Earl of Suffolk (1584-1640) and Elizabeth Home (c1599-1633) and died August 1689 of unspecified causes. She married Roger Boyle, 1st Earl of Orrery (1621-1679) 27 January 1641 in Lord Aubigny's House, Queen Street, Covent Garden, London, England, United Kingdom.
