Margaret III of Flanders was born 13 April 1350 to Louis II of Flanders (1330-1384) and Margaretha van Brabant (1323-1368) and died March 1405 of unspecified causes. She married Philippe de Bourgogne (1346-1361) 1357 JL . She married Philip of Burgundy (1342-1404) 1369 JL .
Margaret of Dampierre was the last Countess of Flanders (as Margaret III) of the House of Dampierre, Countess of Artois and Countess Palatine of Burgundy (as Margaret II) and twice Duchess consort of Burgundy.
