Margaret Manners was born on an unknown date to John Manners, 8th Earl of Rutland (1604-1679) and Frances Montagu (-1671) and died 30 August 1682 Paris, France of unspecified causes. She married James Cecil, 3rd Earl of Salisbury (1646-1683) 1 October 1661 .
