Margaret de Audley was born 1318 to Hugh de Audley, 1st Earl of Gloucester (c1291-1347) and Margaret de Clare (1293-1342) and died 7 September 1347 of unspecified causes. She married Ralph de Stafford, 1st Earl of Stafford (1301-1372) 6 July 1336 JL .
